What is Vitex?
Vitex is a popular woman's dietary supplement traditionally used for harmonising the hormonal system. Vitex has been heavily researched in Europe and is widely used to maintain overall balance in a woman's hormonal and menstrual cycle.

Usage:
Harmonising menstruation and the hormonal system where irregularities are apparent.

Dosage:
One capsule two or three times daily.

Ingredients:
400mg whole Vitex agnus castus fruit

Precautions:
Best not taken in conjunction with progesterone drugs, the contraceptive pill or HRT. Use cautiously in pregnancy, & only in the early stages for insufficient corpus luteal function. Also not recommended for pre-pubescent children, or post menopausal women. Always ask your product supplier or health professional if there are any specific precautions regarding your use of this or any supplement.

Thank you so much I never thought this herbal would work but it does , I ever always have irregular periods like every 2 months or so but now spot on 1 month , would trade again :-)
