Delivery Information

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS:


Same Day Shipping

We want you to receive your products as soon as possible, therefore we do our very best to make sure we send all orders paid for by credit card on the day of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our daily courier pick up time is 3 pm therefore orders received after 2.30 pm may not be dispatched until the following day.

Orders paid for by bank transfer will be dispatched once payment has cleared into our bank account. In most cases this will be the following day.

 

Delivery Times

Your order will be carefully packaged and sent by courier. This is a targeted overnight delivery service for urban addresses and up to three days for rural delivery. Please be aware that whilst overnight delivery is our target we can not guarantee this as courier logistics are outside of our control. 

As we do not have a Saturday morning delivery option orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday afternoon will not be dispatched until the following Monday afternoon. 
 

Online Tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping notification email containing a tracking link which will enable you to trace the progress of your order as it makes it way from our premises to yours. If you do not appear to have received a shipping notification email please double check in your spam or junk folder as on occasions our emails have been directed to these. If this has been the case please be sure to add our web address to your safe senders list to avoid future lost communications.
 
Courier Company

The majority of orders are sent with Courier Post . These are packaged in regular courier post track packs, with no branding or identifying company names attached.  Over-sized items and larger orders are sent with PBT in non labelled or branded plain brown cardboard boxes.
 

Out of Stock Items

We do our very best to ensure that our stock levels are kept up-to-date throughout the website. However from time to time items do fall below our listed stock levels and need to be ordered from our suppliers. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock and needs to be placed on back order we will inform you of this and update you of progress along the way. When multiple items have been ordered, some of which are on back order, we will ship each item as soon as it becomes available at no extra charge.
 

Cost of Shipping


The cost of postage and packaging irrespective of volume is $6.50 New Zealand wide (excluding Great Barrier and Chatham Islands) for non signature required delivery and $7.50 for signature required deliveries.  Coming from rural backgrounds ourselves we are happy to help out our country folk by not passing on the additional $4.95 ticket charge required for rural delivery. 

 
Discrete Packaging

All our products are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Our standard Courier Post track-packs have no identifying company information, logos, names or marks. You can rest assured no one will know what you have purchased due to our discrete, unidentifiable packaging

 

Loss or Damage During Transit
All items are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged please retain all packaging and contents and contact us immediately. 

If upon checking the tracking information you believe your order has been lost during transit please contact us so that we can lodge a claim with the Courier Company concerned. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:


We have two international shipping options
  • International Airmail - For UK, Europe, North America and Asia. Shipping times can take approximately 12 business days to reach the destination. However because NZ Post can not control all parts of the delivery chain we can not guarantee your item will always reach it's destination within the delivery target. Delivery in remote areas, those outside of major cities or when an item is dutiable or held by customs may take longer. This service is not tracked and does not require a signature upon delivery. In the event of loss or damage during transit there is standard for up to $250 NZD. However this is subject to a number of important limitations and exculsions in particular in relation to restricted or prohibited items. For information regarding these conditions we suggest you visit the New Zealand Post website. Please also note that the compensation process will require the receiver to complete the necessary documentation which will enable us to obtain compensation on your behalf. 
     
  • International Courier - Available for up to 46 worldwide destinations. This service will provide delivery within 2-6 working days and has online tracking and is a door to door delivery service.
Individual countries have differing laws for the importation of medical and herbal products therefore we urge you to check with your country's legislation for any items prohibited by law or regulations. 

Customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs. 

Due to increasing volumes of international credit card fraud please do not be offended if we email you requesting further details or credit card verification.
