What is Vitex?
Vitex is a popular woman's dietary supplement traditionally used for harmonising the hormonal system. Vitex has been heavily researched in Europe and is widely used to maintain overall balance in a woman's hormonal and menstrual cycle.

Usage:
Harmonising menstruation and the hormonal system where irregularities are apparent.

Dosage:
One capsule two or three times daily.

Ingredients:
400mg whole Vitex agnus castus fruit

Precautions:
Best not taken in conjunction with progesterone drugs, the contraceptive pill or HRT. Use cautiously in pregnancy, & only in the early stages for insufficient corpus luteal function. Also not recommended for pre-pubescent children, or post menopausal women. Thank you so much  I never thought this herbal would work but it does , I ever always have irregular periods like every 2 months or so but now spot on 1 month , would trade again :-)
