Traditional recipe for soothing and settling the stomach

Ingredients:
Certified organic herbs of chamomile, fennel seeds, aniseed, cinnamon, peppermint, dandelion root and licorice root.

Directions:
Take as an enjoyable digestive tonic after food and also whenever discomfort, indigestion, bloating or reflux occurs.
Pregnant women who are experiencing morning sickness: sip 1 cup slowly whenever required.
For full soothing benefit aimed at long term support take 3 cups daily after meals for 6 weeks, can be safely taken longer for maintenance.

For infants and babies with digestive unease (given directly):
Babies: 5ml (1 teaspoon) 3 x daily
6-12 month: 10ml 3 x daily
1-4 years: 20-40ml 3 x daily
4-10 years: 50-100ml 3 x daily

If the mother is breastfeeding she is advised to take ARTEMIS Digestive Ease Tea as well. She may additionally need to readjust her diet to suit the needs of her baby.
ARTEMIS Nerve & Skin Rescue Oil rubbed clockwise onto the stomach of the baby helps further ease his or her digestive unease.

Preparation
Take 1 level teaspoon (1g) per cup (175ml), place into infuser, plunger or china pot, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.

ARTEMIS Digestive Ease Tea is suitable for adults, children and babies.
