How the Test Works
The Best Baby Gender Test detects the presence of male specific hormones that are present in a woman’s urine only when she carries a baby boy. If those male hormones are not detected the test will indicate a Girl result.
Instructions for Use
Male hormones in the urine of someone carrying a baby Boy come in very small quantities, so to “catch" them you need to:
1) Use your first morning urine (FMU) and have at least 5 hrs of urine retention, because otherwise the test may not detect any "male" traces in your urine.
2) Sleep well the night before taking the test, as staying awake, intermittent sleep and early morning waking could affect hormone release into the urine.
3) Take the test after week 14 of your pregnancy, measured from your last menstruation period (LMP). In many cases hormones are released and detected sooner than that (as early as week 10) but optimal accuracy is achieved only after week 14
4) If you get a Boy result keep the test with its lid closed and at room temperature (e.g. in your bathroom) for one week. In most cases the colour will not change, but if it changes (e.g. from Boy to Girl) you should consider this as your test result.
Not following these directions may lead to a wrong result, usually a false Girl result, because the urine sample could not have enough "male" content accumulated for our test to detect it and thus show a Girl result when you are actually carrying a Boy.

Interpreting Results:
Each collection jar comes with a handy colour identification label, allowing you simply to compare the colour of your urine with the standards for boy or girl indicated in the label.
Any red orange tint in the urine’s colour is an indication of the male hormone and indicates a boy result. Sometimes this may have an apple juice or tea like colour as shown in the example below, but the orangey yellow tint is still visible.
In the absence of the mail hormone your urine will have a greenish colouration as shown in the samples below .

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Is it easy to use?
Yes. You just have to collect your first morning urine into the collection container provided and add the liquid from the plastic vial. After 2 minutes compare the colour of the urine with the colour standards for boy or girl indicated on the label on the side of the container.
2. When Can I start using this test?
You can start testing after week 10th of your pregnancy, nevertheless maximum accuracy is achieved only after week 14th of your pregnancy.
3. How reliable are the results?
Maximum accuracy is achieved after week 14th of the pregnancy, nevertheless keep in mind that your individual "at home" performance may vary.
4. How does it work?
Best Baby Gender Test identifies the presence of certain hormones that are specific to the gender of your baby.
5. What could cause the test to fail?
Medical conditions (e.g. PCOS), the presence of urinary infections or if you are taking (or have taken recently) progesterone.
6. What happens if I´m expecting twins?
If you are having identical twins, the test will indicate boy or girl with its standard colors. If you are having fraternal twins or multiples, a boy result will simply indicate that at least one baby is male, but a green or yellow urine would indicate that all babies are female.
7. Should I use it in the morning?
Yes. Use it ONLY in the morning AND with at least 5 hours of urine retention. Urine retention of 5 hours taken in the day is not effective. Your sample must be taken as the first morning void
