It is best taken one month before conception and throughout the pregnancy as many woman planning pregnancy may not obtain adequate levels of folic acid in their diet. It may take approx 4 cups of cooked green beans each day to obtain the equivalent 300ug of folic acid through diet alone.

Dosage
Adults - One tablet daily with main meal, or as professionally prescribed
