There’s plenty of other creams that say ’natural’ but this is the only one i could find that says its organic which is important to me (and my baby!) I’ve been using it for a week or so now and have to say it’s a great product. i don’t have cracked nipples or anything but they do get sore and this product seems to have helped quite a bit :)
