Ordering and Payment Information

For your ease and convenience Baby 4 You offers a range of ordering and payment options.

How to place an order:
Goods can be ordered online using our secure online shop or directly by phoning our sales line on 06 348 7169. Our phone sales line operates from Monday - Friday from 12 to 5pm.
 
Payment options:
 
Credit cards
We accept both Visa and Mastercard through our secure online Webstore. Details can be viewed in our Security Policy Section. Should your credit card be declined we will notify you so that you may contact your bank directly.

Bank transfer or direct credit into our bank account
If you are already set up for internet or phone banking, paying by bank transfer is easy. If ordering online simply select the 'Pay by cheque or Money Order' option at the checkout. You will receive an emailed invoice with our bank account details. Transfer payment from your bank account to ours online or by telephone making sure that you use the invoice number as the reference. Alternatively you can arrange to make the payment in person at any Kiwibank branch.

Stock Availability:

Most stock is available as required through the website. However from time to time items do fall below our listed stock levels and need to be ordered from our suppliers. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is not in stock and needs to be placed on back order we will inform you of this and regularly update you regarding progress. When multiple items have been ordered, some of which are on back order, we will ship each item as soon as it becomes available at no additional postage charge.
 
Pricing:
All pricing on Baby 4 You is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and includes Goods and Services Tax of 12.5%
